Metaspins: the licence stands in the name of 3-102-959384 SRL

One simple exercise gets performed by almost no casino comparison: look for the brand in the register of whoever issued its licence. Anyone doing it nearly always finds another name. On this record they find a number.

The name that appears in the register

The licence is OGL/2024/1063/0437, from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, with active status on an individual record in the certificate register — the strongest of the three grades of proof the table distinguishes, shared with Bitcasino.io, Bitsler and Vave.

And the holder is 3–102–959384 SRL. That reads as neither an abbreviation nor a hard foreign name: it is a registration identifier occupying the place of a company name.

That is a reading rather than an accusation, and it has a practical consequence. The holding company is the entity that answers a complaint and the name that would have to appear in proceedings. Somebody writing “Metaspins” on an application is naming a brand; somebody writing the number is naming the legal person. What the terms say about verification

What is left for somebody deciding

An active licence record in a public register is good news and it is the strongest of the four columns this site compares. It stops being good news because the holder is a number in no degree.

What the number changes is the next step, and that step alone: on the day there is a complaint, the name to write is 3–102–959384 SRL, the authority to write to is in Curaçao, and the Portuguese fine remains a matter for article 58.º, with the 2500 € ceiling explained in the player’s fine.
