The sources, the dates, and what stayed unconfirmed

This site holds 2 species of fact. The legal ones come from Decreto-Lei n.º 66/2015 and from the pages of the Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos, read on 1 September 2026. The operator ones come from each house’s terms or from the register of whoever issued its licence, dated 26 August 2026, with the clause number sitting beside the value.

The rules that hold without exception

The screenshots, and the errata

They are captured in a real browser and left unretouched, and there are at most two per page: in go the ones that prove something said on that page, and nothing else. A site that refuses our capture server is answering the country where that server sits, the Netherlands, rather than Portugal — so a refusal appears here as a block on Portuguese players in no case.
