Zero bonus clauses read across a hundred operators
Free casino credit with no deposit: the amount decides little
An offer of ten euros credited without a deposit arrives with conditions written in a different article of the same document. Our library of 100 operators holds exactly 0 bonus clauses read: what follows is method, and offers appear in none of it.
Two phrases travel together and mean different things. Free online casino is demonstration mode: the slot spins on pretend chips, and what comes out is pretend too. Ten euros with no deposit is real money in a real account, with an article of the rulebook stating the conditions under which that credit turns into a payout. The second is what brings people to this search, and the part that matters inside it is never the number ten.
| Casino | Licence | Before the ID | Payout ceiling | Open |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vave | Curaçao Gaming Authority | at discretion | from 50,000 USDT in instalments cl. 8.8 | Open |
| Vave pays for the one link that leaves this site, and that is the whole of our commercial relationship with it. The cashier takes 90 coins, headed by BTC, ETH and USDT, and has a Changelly buy-crypto step built in, so a reader who arrives without a wallet still gets through the door. We read the licence number ourselves on 2 September 2026 in the register of the Curaçao Gaming Authority: OGL/2024/1676/0905, holder Latcas B.V., issued 19 May 2025, status active. | ||||

Free, no deposit and no-deposit bonus: three labels, three consequences
Free usually means play in demonstration mode. An account is absent from it, real money is absent from it, and so is any possible payout: the balance is a number on a screen. It serves to see how a game works, and it serves for little else.
No deposit means the account exists, a real balance is attached to it, and the player has put down nothing. The account is real from the first second, and the house’s identification duties come with it.
No-deposit bonus is the name documents usually give the same thing when they want to regulate it. That is the label to hunt for in the rulebook: the rules deciding the fate of the money almost always sit under it, rather than under the word “free”.
The practical difference between the three shows up at one moment — the payout request.
This document holds the two Rocketpot clauses quoted here: 11.4, which starts identity checks at 0.05 BTC or 2500 USD and allows 30 calendar days to hand over papers, and 11.5, which caps payouts at 5000 USD a month. The licence mark it claims, 1668/JAZ from Curaçao, is printed by the operator on the same page.
What our library holds on bonuses
Nothing, and the number is round: across 100 operators, zero bonus clauses recorded.
Those documents were read for four other things: the licence claimed, the verification clause, the payout ceiling and the restricted-country list. The promotions chapter stayed shut, and while that holds, offers, rollover figures and expiry dates appear here in no form.
It is a gap, said as a gap. The alternative would be to copy figures from campaign pages, written to sell and changed every week: an offer announced today can vanish tomorrow with the text that quoted it left uncorrected. The criterion sits in how we read the documents.
The clauses that already decide the fate of a win
These we did read, with article numbers, and they are what stops or releases whatever money a promotion produces.
The check. Rocketpot writes in clause 11.4 that it verifies payouts above 0.05 BTC or 2500 USD, and gives the player 30 calendar days to hand over papers. Bitcasino.io sets 2500 EUR in 6.6, Empire.io 2000 USDT in 5.4.
The ceiling. Rocketpot caps payouts at 5000 USD a month in clause 11.5, Wild Fortune at 15 000 EUR a month in 11.8, Bitcasino.io at one million USDT a week in 6.10.
The entrance. Wild Fortune requires, in 18.1, valid identification before play from anyone using bitcoin. A no-deposit promotion caught by a rule like that still asks for papers at the door.
Seven of the ten operators stay silent on the verification figure and six publish no ceiling per period. Vave is the intermediate case: in place of a ceiling, clause 8.8 says a request above 50 000 USDT is paid in equal instalments across up to thirty days. The four columns sit in best online casino.
The decree-law that enacted the Regime Jurídico dos Jogos e Apostas Online, published in Diário da República n.º 83/2015 and in force since 29 June 2015. Articles 49.º, 57.º, 58.º and 61.º, quoted across this site, all sit inside it.
Where a ten-euro credit meets the limits of the house
Putting the two things on one line is worth the space, because campaign pages almost never do it.
A small credit can produce a large win — that is what it exists for. And from the moment the win exists, the promotion rule stops governing and the general clause takes over. A request that passes 2500 USD falls into Rocketpot’s 11.4 and brings with it a deadline of thirty days, counted in calendar days, to assemble papers. A request made at Wild Fortune carries, under 11.8, a monthly ceiling of 15 000 EUR, regardless of whether the balance came from a deposit or from an offer.
And there is the asymmetry that shows better from a distance: two orders of magnitude separate a ceiling of 5000 USD a month from one of a million USDT a week, and both stand in documents published by the houses themselves. For the remaining six we recorded no ceiling, which means we failed to read one — rather than that one is absent.
The practical conclusion is dull and it is the true one: the number in the offer is the one part of the deal the house chooses to advertise, and the least decisive of the parts that are written down.
A credit handed over leaves article 58.º where it stood
A bonus is a commercial condition and a licence is a separate conversation. Article 58.º, paragraph 2, of the Regime Jurídico dos Jogos e Apostas Online classes playing online games on the site of an unlicensed entity as a minor administrative offence, and article 61.º, paragraph 5, point c), sets a fine of up to 2500 € for an individual. Play with money handed over fits that sentence exactly as play with money deposited does.
The arithmetic sits in the player’s fine, and the names of the houses holding a Portuguese licence, whose promotions we also left unread, in legal online casinos in Portugal.
On the licensed side, the regulator wrote three rules about bonuses
About operators with a Portuguese licence we hold campaign figures of any kind in no quantity — but three documents from the SRIJ itself are worth more than any campaign figure, because they describe what may lawfully be done with a bonus. We read them as PDFs on the regulator’s site on 2 September 2026.
Crediting requires consent, one bonus at a time. Orientação n.º 3/2017/SRIJ/JO, of 20 October, writes that the bonus amount «não poderá ser creditado automaticamente na conta do jogador sem que este declare expressamente, e para cada bónus, a vontade em usufruir do mesmo» — automatic crediting is permitted only where the player expressly declares, for each bonus separately, the wish to take it.
A bonus converts into cash for nobody. The same document invokes Regulamento n.º 903-B/2015, of 23 December: credited bonuses serve for play alone and remain unwithdrawable. In exchange, the prize from a winning bet placed purely with real balance may carry restriction, condition or term of any kind in no case; and in a bet placed with real balance and bonus at once, the share of the prize matching the real balance enjoys the same protection. Failure to comply is a very serious administrative offence.
The player’s own limit counts the bonus. Orientação n.º 2/2017/SRIJ/JO, of 27 September, clarifies that bonus credits correspond to stakes placed and enter the daily, weekly and monthly limits the player has set for themselves.
The size of the offer is mentioned by none of the three, and that is what makes them useful: what decides the fate of a credit is consent, convertibility and counting. What Portuguese law calls free play, which is a separate thing with an article of its own, sits in free online casino.
And from the licensed side, which figures do we publish?
None. The promotion rulebooks of the houses entered on the Portuguese register are absent from our library, because it was built on a hundred operators without a Portuguese licence. On the three most searched licensed brands, what we hold and what we lack is stated in ESC casino online.
What changes between the two sides is other than the existence of small print — it exists on both. It is who answers when the small print gets applied in a way the player considers abusive.
Five minutes of reading before accepting money from anybody
The document to open is called bonus rules or promotion terms, and it is rarely the same file as the general terms. Five questions, each with a written answer inside it:
How many times the amount has to be wagered before it leaves, and whether the calculation runs on the bonus alone or on bonus plus deposit. What the maximum withdrawal from a win arising from that offer is. How long the credit lasts. Which games count and at what percentage. What the maximum stake permitted is while the bonus stays active.
A missing answer to any of the five is the most informative item of the lot. And if the pull of the offer already outweighs the will to read it, the free and anonymous number is 1414, with the context in where to ask for help.
