Of the ten houses in the table, three have a start year recorded, and Bitsler is the oldest: 2015. It also has an individual licence record with active status. And in clause 4.3 it has an identity check with an unwritten amount.
The age of a house is the easiest argument to use and the hardest to verify. Across this table we managed to date it at three operators only, and this is the oldest of the three. Writing down what that proves, and above all what it leaves unproven, is worth the space.
Two strong facts, and one empty field
Started in 2015. That is the earliest date in the table, ahead of the 2018 of Rocketpot and the 2022 of Vave. At the other seven houses the field stayed empty — which means we failed to read it, rather than that they are recent.
An active licence record. The licence is OGL/2024/930/0387, from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, in the name of Oyine N.V., and we read it on an individual record in the certificate register, with active status. It is the strongest grade of proof in the table, shared with Bitcasino.io, Metaspins and Vave.
A check with an unwritten amount. Clause 4.3 deals with identity verification and writes a threshold in no form: papers may be requested whenever the operator decides. We recorded a payout ceiling, a coin count, a game count and suppliers in no field. A sportsbook exists, and so does cryptographic verification of game results.
We counted 19 holders in this register, all of them on .pt addresses, and a recount on the 2nd returned the same 19 — with 17 sites a player can open, because Moosh has its activity suspended and the Vincino address carries the words «brevemente disponível», available shortly. Portugal publishes no matching list of blocked sites: this closed list is the only one the regulator keeps, and a domain is checked against it.
What eleven years of activity prove
They prove continuity, and continuity counts for something: a house that has existed for a decade has survived regulatory change, market cycles and an unknown number of disputes with customers.
They prove the rest in zero measure. They fix a payment deadline in no degree, they put a number into clause 4.3 in no way, they create a Portuguese authority at the far end of a complaint in no measure, and they say anything about the fate of a large request in none. Age is a column almost every published comparison uses because it is easy to write, and it separates one house from another inside the same table less than nearly any other.
Notice what age crosses here, in fact: the licence number is from 2024, so the document is far more recent than the brand. The two things contradict each other in no way — licences get renewed, transferred and reissued — but they show that “since 2015” and “licensed” describe facts of different dates, and that joining them into one sentence is where most comparisons slip.
The country list names a single territory
At all ten houses we went to read the list of countries whose residents are refused accounts. Nine were legible, and this is one of the two naming a single territory: American Samoa. The other is Bitcasino.io, with Japan. The remaining seven run from eleven to fifty-eight names.
Portugal appears in any of the nine in no form. And that falls short of an authorisation: licensing belongs to the State rather than to the operator, and article 58.º of the Regime Jurídico dos Jogos e Apostas Online applies to the player regardless of what the house wrote about countries. What such a list says, and the whole of what it says, is that on that day that house refused Portuguese accounts nowhere in writing.
What Portuguese law puts on the other side
Oyine N.V. is absent from the SRIJ register, and a Curaçao permit produces effects here in zero degree: under the fourth paragraph of article 5.º, «são proibidas a exploração e a prática de jogos e apostas online não regulamentados», the operation and playing of unregulated online games and bets are prohibited.

For the player it is a minor administrative offence with a ceiling of 2500 € for an individual, under point c) of article 61.º. The 2500 € to 25 000 € band circulating in nearly every Portuguese text on the subject belongs to the serious offences, and the demonstration sits in the player’s fine.
A ceiling differs from an amount applied. It is a limit.
